1. General Acceptance

By accessing or using any online platform of Sports view Hotel Kasarani—including our website, mobile app, or reservation services—you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platforms.

2. Reservation & Modifications

All reservations are subject to availability and require your formal acceptance of these Terms. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing the reservation, pricing, cancellation policy, and our contact information.

3. Payment & Deposit

A valid credit card is required at booking and may be used for deposit, guarantees, or potential cancellation fees. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the plan you select—please review those terms at booking.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation deadlines and fees vary by rate type (refundable vs non-refundable) and will be clearly communicated during booking. Any cancellation or alteration of the booking should be communicated in writing to the hotel contact person or hotel management Two weeks (14 days) before the check in date.

The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on cost of your booking;

• Cancellations done less than 2 weeks to the arrival date- 50% refund
• Cancellations done 5 days to the arrival date- 25% refund
• Cancellations done less than 2 days to the arrival date- NO REFUND

5. Check In / Check Out & Group Bookings

Check in: from 2:00 PM. Government-issued photo ID and the payment method must be presented. Check out: by 11:00 AM. Requests for early or late check-in/check-out are subject to availability and applicable fees. Reservations of five or more rooms may attract group-specific terms.

6. Guest Conduct & Liability

Guests must abide by hotel rules and avoid actions causing nuisance, damage, or violation of laws. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the agreement if guest behaviour breaches these conditions.

7. Security & Valuables

Sports view Hotel Kasarani is not liable for the loss of valuables left unattended. We recommend using in-room safes or deposit boxes. While we strive for safety, please exercise caution with your valuables.

8. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for disruptions beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, internet outages, force majeure, third-party services). All charges should be settled at check-out. Unpaid balances will be billed in accordance with local laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our site with an effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
